EduFind is a mobile platform for searching schools, learning centres, courses and tutors, viewing information about them, booking trial lessons, leaving reviews and communicating with institutions. Your data is processed only to provide the Service, keep it secure and comply with the law.

• Registration data: phone number, first and last name (if provided), profile photo.
• Account data: login time, authentication token, device identifier (for push notifications).
• Usage data: saved institutions and courses, search and filter queries, actions on institution pages (for example, viewing a phone number).
• Reviews: ratings, text and reports about an institution or tutor.
• Trial lessons: booking requests and related information.
• Chat messages: messages sent to institutions through in-app chat.

• create accounts, authenticate users and keep sign-in secure;
• provide app features (search, favourites, map, chat and others);
• manage trial-lesson bookings and requests;

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data may be shared with third parties only in the following cases:

• with the educational institution you contact (for example, a trial-lesson booking or a chat message);
• with service providers (SMS delivery, push notifications, cloud hosting) — only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations;

5. Data retention

Data is stored for as long as the Service is provided to you. When an account is deleted or a user requests deletion, data is deleted or anonymised within the periods allowed by law and technical capabilities. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control, secure server infrastructure and restricted staff access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
