Terms of Service

1. The Service

EduFind is a platform that helps users find educational institutions, courses and tutors, view information about them, book trial lessons, leave reviews and communicate with institutions. Educational services themselves are provided by the institutions and tutors, not by the Company.

2. Accounts

To use some features you need to register with a phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time in the app or by contacting us.

3. Free use and future paid features

The Service is currently free for students, parents and educational institutions. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; any fees will be clearly shown before you are charged, and free core features will remain available.

4. User content and reviews

Reviews, messages and other content you submit must be truthful and based on your own experience. You must not post content that:

• is false, misleading or defamatory;
• infringes the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property;
• contains offensive, discriminatory or unlawful material;
• is spam, advertising or unrelated to the institution.

By submitting content you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service. We may moderate, edit or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Educational institutions and tutors

Institutions and tutors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish (courses, prices, timetables, licences) and for the quality of the educational services they provide. Any agreement to study is concluded between the user and the institution; the Company is not a party to it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• collect data from the Service automatically (scraping) or interfere with its operation;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

7. Intellectual property

The EduFind name, logo, application, website, design and content (other than user content) belong to ONIC GROUP, MChJ and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We aim to keep information accurate and the Service available, but we do not guarantee that information published by institutions is complete or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from educational services provided by institutions or tutors, or from your reliance on information published by them.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of Tashkent in accordance with applicable law.
